Mindful Movement Class

A weekly class introducing Chi Kung (qi gong) and T’ai Chi exercise for health.
T’ai Chi and Chi Kung (qigong) movements are practised in a slow, focused manner that calms the chatter of the mind and focuses attention so that the movements become a moving meditation. The body remains relaxed and the movements encourage better circulation, lower blood pressure and encourage better balance.
Your teachers are Phil Young and Morag Campbell who have been practising and teaching T’ai Chi for over 38 years and in Cork for the last 13 years.
Margie may facilitate the class occasionally while Phil and Morag travel internationally to teach.
